What do you do with the ruins of a defunct boiler room? Build a studio, of course! After tearing off the caving roof, we created a structure within the bones of the original concrete block enclosure. Instead of building out the entire space, we carved out a hidden courtyard to facilitate outdoor meetings and to allow natural light to blanket the studio space.
